Who we are

VORA SRL is the operator of letsvora.com and the VORA platform. We are registered in Spain. You can contact us at hello@letsvora.com.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, primary activity preference, and the language you used. We also collect the date and time of your submission.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to contact you about the VORA launch and to send you your founding member confirmation. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond communicating with you about VORA.

Who we share it with

We store your data in Supabase (EU-hosted, Frankfurt). We send confirmation emails via Resend. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@letsvora.com and we will respond within 30 days.

How we measure usage

We use two privacy-respecting analytics tools so we can understand which pages are useful and what is broken. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate and sets no cookies. PostHog records anonymous page views from the EU region — no cookies, no IP addresses stored, no session recordings, and we honour your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Neither tool follows you to other sites, and we do not share usage data with anyone for advertising.

Cookies

letsvora.com does not use tracking cookies. We use your browser’s localStorage only to remember your language preference, and our analytics tools store nothing in your browser between visits.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
