You sleep in mountain refuges each night — hot meals, cold beer, and the kind of silence that only exists above 1,800 metres. Join a group of 7 hikers matched to your fitness and walking pace. Two days riding gravel tracks around the Baix Empordà — crossing stone villages, vineyards and farms between Pals and Peratallada, where you won't see another car for kilometres. Saturday covers 85 km through the Baix Empordà interior towards the coast; Sunday loops 65 km back to Girona through the rice fields of the Ter river delta. Pace is social, not racing. A weekend in a stone farmhouse on the edge of the Montseny natural park — two days of guided yoga (morning and evening sessions), forest walks through the beech groves above Sant Celoni, and a deep quiet you will remember for a while.
