Effort, graded

Trip levels

Every VORA adventure carries a level, from Relaxed to Challenging — so you can choose the effort that fits.

Relaxed

Gentle days, an easy pace.

A few hours of light activity each day on easy ground, with time to enjoy it. Nothing technical, nothing sustained. A good place to start — no experience needed, just a willingness to be outside.

More coming.

Moderate

Active days, well within reach.

Full but manageable days — a few hours of steady effort, the odd longer climb, some rougher ground, but nothing technical. You'll feel pleasantly tired by evening. A bit of regular activity beforehand helps; no experience required.

Challenging

Big days for those who like them hard.

Our most demanding adventures — long, sustained days in wild or high country, sometimes with steep, exposed, or technical sections. They reward good fitness and some experience, and a bit of preparation goes a long way. Tough, but not out of reach.
